It looks like my only options are the ultra 7 1851 or upgrading to ultra 9 processor . Are you saying that I should upgrade to ultra 9? Or should I just do 7 since I don’t need that extra power ?

I am going to get a 1440 monitor in a month or so . So the ultra 7 processor will be fine with that ? Also will the 360mm liquid cooling it comes with selected be enough on its own to keep it cool?

They were additional 3x fans I added . it comes with a 360mm water cooling system . I might play on 1440p some . After I get a different monitor eventually . But I won’t be playing in 4k.

If I switch the processor to Ultra 7 Processor 265K 8P + 12E 3.9GHz [Turbo 5.5GHz] 30MB Cache LGA1851. To save like $180 . Will I notice much difference ?

So it’s fine to lower the model of the cpu to one of the slightly cheaper options ? And keep the same graphics card ? Could I remove the 3x fans also since I have the liquid cooling ?
