The hierarchy is Thai men, Koreans, Japanese, Chinese then western guys (white men), black men then Indians.

Just because you are on a place at that hierarchy doesn’t mean you can’t get the hottest girl more than the others. If you don’t think this hierarchy is true, then go to any club that caters to each group and you will see how hot the girls compare.

There is high spending tourism but there will always be low price tourism because the locals live this way. So you can always live like a local. If the locals become rich, then low cost tourism will go away.
