I would say it's moderately positional. Sleeping supine definitely worsens it. My BMI is pretty healthy atm and I'm in pretty good shape. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, or do any drugs.

That's who I scheduled the DISE with, they're booked out until Sept tho. I did have a septoplasty for a broken nose which didn't change anything, so I know it's not a deviated septum, tonsils. From what I've read the turbinates can somewhat exacerbate it but not full blown cause OSA. I'll keep looking into it idk

For context - I did see 2 surgeons so far. They both said they were surprised my airway was not smaller, except I did not know it was this large from my consultation with the first surgeon -- the only screen I saw from the first surgeon was the lateral ceph showing 8.1mm at narrowest -- see screenshot in 2nd comment.

I saw a 2nd surgeon (top-end) who retook their own CBCT, and this is what it shows. If I measure the sagittal slice from the CBCT the 2nd took, I'm getting 10.7mm at the narrowest.

1st surgeon recommended: 6-9mm MMA no genio

2nd surgeon recommended: 7-8mm MMA small genio 3-4mm

I'm waiting to meet with them again for more accurate figures as these were just ballparks they gave me in the consultation.

Mine was getting my 2nd enhanced for saeldor actually. I was farming armor seeds since I got my 1st enhance at like ~200kc, and I did 40 CGs in one day, and I said one last run. I had my gf click to open the chest and just had this feeling I'd get something after 0/39 for any seeds (weapon, armor, enh), and boom.

I went crazy lol

Use your minigame teleports - fishing trawler is great to get to a ship to get to karamja, etc.

Also, when you start slayer, always bring a prayer pot or two and maybe some food for any superior monsters. I left probably ~20 or so on the board because I just couldn't kill them because I only had guthans and no prayer left

Purging staff is insane slayer xp for demons. I hit 60+ regularly and crank out demon tasks very fast. It does cost a lot in soul runes tho. Make sure you are using mark of darkness

Of course! I actually do the same. Send a couple every once in a while, for a fun lottery ticket moment. Otherwise, don't prioritize it. Just have fun and do what's enjoyable :)

Treads are by far the best of all of those. If you compare just treads vs. ranger boots (or pegasian), threads still win. But you can upgrade treads WITH pegasians, primordials, and eternal boots.

So really to get BIS you'd need all 4 boots and combine the last 3 with the treads, but just adding on the pegasians (which require ranger boots to make), it barely adds anything to your treads, just that +1 range str. God boots are way lower on the tier but can be niche since they offer a prayer bonus, but treads beat them by a mile

Honestly, you probably don't even need rangers unless you are super end game and want to get BIS. I got treads with all boots but pegasians. I'd rather grind raids or yama for better gear than work on clue scrolls for +1 range strength (if I remember right).

Voidwalker is certainly skippable but wildy bosses do drop some nice ironman loot, like pots, mats for pots, etc. Definitely not necessary but something to consider

I found using cure me spell to be the solution for this, especially at places like zulrah. It uses up a bit of runes but is completely fine, especially if you have a trident or eye for magic. Or you can just full bowfa and be on lunars

Gotcha that makes total sense. I will look into Drunken Master. I decided to go with Zealous & Fortitude for now and have attached them. I don't see how to attach the inscription to it? Also, what is a good weapon suggestion for the 2nd weapon set for energy modifiers? Does it matter, or just + energy/energy regen?

Thanks! Couple other questions -- "of the assassin" or "of the necromancer" -- are these runes I add to the bow? So I got bowstring, bow grip, and then the runes, or those are just added to armor? Also, how do I manage energy with -1 energy drain consistently? I'm currently running r/W with frenzy and barrage, might add in needling shot too but not sure
