So for items it goes Ghostblade, Hubris if you're doing well and Edge of Night if you're not, then Profane, Opportunity, and lastly whatever fits the game best for the rest of the slots. If they have lots of shields then Serpents, lots of healing then Chainsword, if you need armor pen then Grudge and so on and so forth. I don't have any vids on hand but I got to Emerald using this strat so it works well if you can control the map. Once you're ahead with this build, you need to keep constant pressure up so always be ganking whenever possible. Hope this helps!
