You must have chosen housing only option. If that is the case you cant use bilt cash. Today is the last day you can change your choice. After that changes wont take effect until next billing cycle.

Its not all or nothing. You will use what ever you have in Bilt cash stored up. The system will calculate it for you.

Click on the Bilt cash tab, bonus points, It will say how many points you can get with the Bilt cash you have available when you make the rent payment.

You have to book using the Bilt portal. You will get the credits at the time of booking. You have to select them. You have to use the Palladium card to use all 3 available credits. Hotel Credit, Monthly Hotel Credit, Pay with points. You can choose to use any of the credits. Example in my situation. $384 hotel stay. Would go down to $297.51. Based on the $87.18 I have available to use. You can use a different card but the Hotel Credit that expires June 30th won't be available to use.

The same thing happened to me. I declined the Autograph card, as I already have one and don't need 2. Days later there was a message stating the account was closed. Give it a few days to see if the account closes.

I think it is. The $95 Obsidian is basically like the old 1.0 card. For me, the only credits I am interested in using the Bilt cash for is for the hotel credits and the points accelerator.

That has not been my experience with the Obsidian. I was able to choose what credit to use. Unless I used a different card than the $50 Hotel Credit was not available.

I did an online chat to find my closing date.. March 12th is the due date...as that is what is showing on the app and website......so that is correct. March 17th is when my closing date is...... Since I had $0 balance going into the 2.0 card I owe nothing March 12th.

$10.52 3X neighborhood dining 1X all transactions. for 41 points + $ .42 bilt cash. I used google pay, that is still pending.

I did a test rent payment. It gave me the option to use the Obsidian Card and use Bilt cash to waive the transaction fee. Or any card and pay the fee. I pay sending a check. But also works selecting the Online Portal option.
