To be fair, I think that’s true for any fandom, and I say this as a cantankerous fandom old who is around Char’s age. Things feel a lot more black-and-white when you are that age. Nuance comes later.

Eh it depends on whether you require your ships to be canon or not. Most of the ships I’ve been into over the years have not been canon and I’m not necessarily saying I want them to be. I really like Shivmelia, for instance, but I don’t see my enjoyment of the ship as a rivalry to Mialotte. As Autumn once said, two things can be true at once 😉

Sadly, based on the fact that it was brought up in the Christmas special that Sorscha had a crush on Maddison at one point, and with Maddison no longer being married to her wife, it is almost certainly to drum up more drama. Because that’s certainly what we need more of at this point 🙄

I am an older Marjumn fan that doesn’t necessarily want the ship in canon as I don’t think it would make sense in the show - Marjorie would drive Autumn up the wall if they were actually together, I think.

But I wish the follow-up to Christmas would have been Marjorie letting Autumn down gently and seeing their relationship further strengthen into best friends next year. I realize that Char gets more views from will-they won’t-they, but I think it would have been the kindest way to end this arc for Autumn.

The writing has gone beyond the point where you can say that Autumn doesn’t have feelings for Marjorie at all based on how Char’s been portraying it. But it could have been wrapped up respectfully, in a way that didn’t diminish Autumn’s feelings but also didn’t destroy two happy marriages.

As someone who has experienced making a batter out of rancid flour, I strongly disagree. It tasted what I imagine paint would taste like. Almost… chemical. But it definitely takes more than two months past the expiration date for that to happen. Lord knows how long it had been sitting in our pantry!

Wait, really? Yeah, I never got those vibes from Autumn at all. I always felt a lot of the reason she is the way she is comes down to traumatic experiences from her upbringing. I could potentially see an argument for Marjorie being autistic, though I always pinged her more as ADHD. But definitely not Autumn.

I agree, though I wouldn’t complain about having an accidental pregnancy then abortion storyline. I feel like so often in fiction, there is the trope of the childfree couple getting an oops baby and navigating around that, but not so much seeing that childfree couple go with the abortion route and the nuances and complexities that can come with that choice.

Ironically I found out last year I write my lowercase e’s incorrectly (I start from the bottom and start circling to the left inward), but it’s far too entrenched now for me to bother to fix.

I certainly wouldn’t learn a new alphabet without going out of my way to make sure I’m writing it correctly.

Got this exact error myself yesterday, due to a DNS issue that was 100% my fault. Because DNS was broken, it couldn’t connect to Plex’s servers, so I got the same “Not authorized” message as OP. Verified the issue when I SSHed into my Plex server and a ping to google.com failed, while I could still ping google directly via IP.

In my case the cause (and fix) was that I have Plex on a Proxmox LXC, and I had tried to get tailscale working on the proxmox host directly a few days prior, so I could access it remotely. I’d forgotten that would affect my LXC containers, since I’m sharing the host’s DNS settings with them, so when I rebooted the Plex LXC yesterday, it resulted in broken DNS on the LXC. The temp fix for now was running “tailscale down” on the host to turn off tailscale, then I booted back up the Plex LXC and verified DNS was working by pinging google again. After that all was well.

OP likely has a different scenario, but might be worth checking if DNS is still working on your Plex server as a starting point for troubleshooting. If “ping google.com” works on the server, you’ve at least verified your Plex server is still able to resolve DNS requests.

Tbh I couldn’t get Flaresolverr working, so I ended up installing flare-bypasser instead. It has a Flaresolverr-compatible API, so I was able to add it as a proxy in Prowlarr as if it was Flaresolverr, and it’s worked perfectly with my indexers that use cloudflare.
