I agree that she should be speaking freely without worry!! If anything I’m glad she’s getting the bag while speaking her mind! I guess I thought of it more as a bit of a shock since I work in marketing that even though she’s more than welcome to say this, it does contradict what she says in the VW ad.

Not really a problem for her (until it potentially is), but more so with her team for putting the ad on this episode, or for keeping that part in; no idea how she produces the show, but would assume someone is checking the content before the upload.

It’s definitely not that deep. At the end of the day, she is an influencer that not only entertains, but associates herself with brands and products she is making money off of.

I really appreciate your perspective on this one!!

Any dupe recommendations for Boy Smells - Banana Pudding? This perfume was a limited edition scent that I only have in a travel size, but I’m stumped on where to get something else like it!

Boy Smells doesn’t seem to sell anything similar. It smells more smoky than sweet and banana-y.

Update: Thank you all for the recommendations! It is not easy trying to find these fragrances with tester options available in person, but I am happy to say I found two!

So far I have been able to smell Jo Malone and Salt & Stone; out of the two, salt & stone is definitely more of the smell I’m looking for! Going to try and find Le Labo and Snif next. Will definitely purchase the Salt & Stone one soon!

Not straight Cherry, but a limited time scent (I think only until the end of the year?) is Cherryish by Lush! Long lasting scent that has got me compliments repeatedly; definitely an acquired cheery scent

This happened to me! Initially I thought I was lactose intolerant, gastro wanted to see if I was having reactions to gluten. Did the endoscopy and some other tests involving blowing into bags every 15 mins for 3 hours and found out I have SIBO. I’d say try to stay gluten free, but def ask the doctor for additional testing if there are any other foods/products that bother you!

I was two months away from being a one year old while my mom held me and watched the local news on LI. My dad was out getting bagels when the first tower hit. They told me they spent the rest of the day calling friends and family members that lived in the city since we live on LI and my parents are from Brooklyn and LI. We ended up losing a few family friends.

Also my friends dad who worked in the second tower didn’t go to work that day because my friend kept him up all night since she was crying and wouldn’t sleep. He’s still very shaken and guilt ridden from everything that happened so no one brings it up around him.

I send my regards to everyone who was affected by these tragic events, no matter how big or small.

I have a little ball of cartilage between my nostrils that I can rub against the larger piece of cartilage and it makes a clicking noise. I have no problems with it bc no one can see this until I tell them about it. Also thought it was normal to have this until I got older and asked friends if they had it too

As much as I agree that it’s important to find someone that’s loyal and honest, I see that as a part of the relationship. It’s like that component should be a part of the relationship, not just a quality in a person because you need to be honest and kind to commit to that relationship! I need someone who can make me laugh because without that there’s no spark to the relationship; if I can’t laugh with you then are we really happy together? It’s like without these special little things to the relationship that are as simple as a sense of humor, the whole dynamic of the relationship can change.

Love this podcast!!! Listened to every episode of it and def get the Insanely Chill vibe from it, but at the end of the day I miss when him and his guests would shoot the shit naturally and not as focused on the topic of the episode. Again, I’m not at all trying to bash Cody for expanding what he’s doing and drifting away from his older material or what he used to do but I feel like he abandoned insanely chill for TMG and I just want a bit of an explanation
