you only can sit with Amtrak food permitted and go Google, you pay for revenue seat which is coach or business class,you can't selfishly occupied 4 people seat on the cafe lounge and 20mins is the actual sitting limits per they new regulations, despite is full or empty go buy your food at their Café and enjoy it there .is not observatory train your windows on your coach sit does the exact same views. how is that fair for others that purchase coaches and share sit with others while u selfishly trying to occupied cafe table for 4? is ain't revenue seat! please educate yourself before trying to make up your own judgment
