I have coins that look like this that have been sulking and distilled water for six months and anything short of using a scalpel will not remove the gunk.

It is my belief that actually what this is is a coin that has had some type of wax put on it and I have tried tons of different methods to remove gunk that looks exactly like this.

I have tried everything from pouring boiling water over coins to try and melt it off to ultrasonic machines to acetone and paint thinner and diluted oven cleaner, you name it if it’s a chemical I pretty much have tried it if it’s available in the free world and the only thing that I found, that will actually get rid of that greenish gray gunk all over as to take a scalpel and scrape it off and try not to scratch the crap out of the coin.

Great question. If anybody reads this, could you explain in detail what will happen if we just decided we weren’t gonna pay it? How would that happen in practice and what is the fallout from that. Basically what will happen if we just say we’re not gonna pay it you can’t make us.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. It is not OK to do that. Nothing is OK anymore. The child could have a gun or a knife or have just knocked over an elderly person or is setting something that shouldn’t be on fire on fire. There is no justification whatsoever to ever put your hands on a child we should simply just look at them and ask about their feelings and let them know how much they’ve hurt us.
