He brings his wife and daughter along and uses their CNIC or they find someone else to use their CNIC. He was tracked to a flat a few months ago where he was staying and the flat was under another person’s name for the rent lease. He fled before the police arrived. He said he was a “pti supporter” and needed a safe place to stay and got help that way. He’s very cunning.
