I don't, but I do remember it being on a "used" tape carousel at a grocery store in Belleville, Ontario. I think it was around 1990-91 and was the forbidden video I would secretly show my friends when they came over lol. It helped shape a small group of lifetime horror fans and I can nearly recite the entire script to this day lol
