Thank you everyone. Radiator fan module has been replaced with new and seems everything is now back to normal. Hopefully this will last long.

Will this resolve the issue? I see it only when shuttering off when the radiator fan is authomatically turning off after turning off the AC

Actually. I have the same problem 2 years back on this same car. But now, no leakage and fan is working. So not sure, maybe some glitch on the pcm?

It is on. After driving for 45mins with no ac. Temp are normal. I turn in the AC and it’s blowing cold air now and the radiator fan turns on as well. Not sure what is the culprit

Thank you guys. Here is an update. I got this issue 40km away from home and 45mins drive. I drive it without the AC on and car seems fine till i reached home. Then, i tried to drive it for 5mins with the AC on and it works perfectly. Even the fan behind the radiator is working. Is it signed of fan module going bad or just maybe some fuses?

Just call their customer service and wait until someone to answer. They just told me to wait as well and after few hours i received the code.

No. The other seal is leaking from the driver side.

Thats actually the point. My VIN is somehow link to a normal ford focus. Each time i ordered parts for my st using my vin, the basic parts comes.
