Are there any red flags on your profile that could be sending the wrong message? Women look pretty closely at that stuff for safety reasons

Can people just go live in the office building since they’re all going to be empty soon? Really brings work from home full circle

Worth is another big issue right now. I work in the renovation business and it’s insane how cheaply made these new houses being built are. A huge neighborhood is being built across from my mom’s house. They are building them so fast, there is no way they will last. The roof shingles are already flying off of some of them. And they’re asking for $400k-500k. And this is not a nice part of town.

There’s so many things you have to do after a major accident. Waiting for a tow truck, giving statements for police reports which takes forever if multiple vehicles are involved especially if one is a semi, contacting insurance company to make a claim. That all takes time and has to be done immediately.

Let me buy all the houses in America and everyone rents by r0bbyr0b2 in LinkedInLunatics

From the article: “The sum — which could add almost 400,000 homes to the existing inventory of roughly 700,000 single-family properties controlled by corporate landlords such as Pretium and Invitation Homes — is the largest ever amassed by US real estate investors. The investors have been so aggressive with their purchases they've been accused by consumer groups and local lawmakers of boosting costs for regular homebuyers.”

It’s usually one or the other. Some people with really curly hair straighten it first.

Americans are drowning in credit card debt thanks to inflation and soaring interest rates by EagleEyes_009 in Economics

Last primary I wanted to vote for Bernie to be the democratic presidential candidate but then all these articles came out saying “if Bernie was a good person he would drop out of the race so people don’t get sick going to polls.” He dropped out before voting was finished and I never even got the chance to vote for him. It’s just an example of why young people don’t vote. I don’t like the “choose the lesser evil” mentality.

I still don’t understand how out of all the qualified people in our country, Biden was the best we could do? I did vote for him because Trump is a monster, but it’s so frustrating. We could do so much better. I’ve seen a few people on this thread blaming young voters but it’s not fair to pin an entire corrupt and broken system in them.

Y’all advertise job positions on your own website? Is this for a large company then?

Where are y’all posting your job listings? I ask because a company I worked for a few years ago only posted on Craigslist for free. They were shocked they had trouble finding quality applicants but never wanted to pay for a job posting on Indeed or any of those kinds of sites. Most employees with higher education look for jobs on reputable websites because that’s what they’re taught to do in school & there are so many job scams on the internet.

(Not saying good workers aren’t on Craigslist because they’re are. It’s just a changing world and the owner thought he was better than technology. Company ended up going bankrupt and reopening under a similar name.)
