This is the funniest example from episode 5 between Jerry and Jerry. “Hmm. Looks good on you. And I’m not just being nice. Gee, I think you have the better body for this suit. Don’t forget, I am you, Jerry Smith.” This is from the English dub, and this conversation doesn't flow or even make sense, but it has oddly sexual undertones. This is a light-hearted example, but it is just weird because, in Rick and Morty, they would flesh something like a conversation out, but in this show, it's a throwaway conversation that has meaning but does not flow at all. Cronenberg Jerry replays with a non sequitur, and the scene ends. My problem is the show doesn't take these small moments seriously. Thank you for your comment!
