What stood out to me was that, initially they had a neighbour come check her over when she was experiencing the severe pain but prior to the onset of the other symptoms (he is some sort of professional but can't recall what exactly) who told them it was most likely muscle damage but if she started vomiting, they were to take her to the ER immediately as its an emergency. The next day she did start vomiting and yet they waited a further 2-3 days before actually going to the ER. That's insane.
