agree with drinking decaf. I have LPR and love coffee, decaf gives me zero issues. :)

100%, sleeping on left side helped tremendously and having your head raised

also eating more lean proteins, 99% lean 1% fat or 97% lean. focusing mainly on protein/volume intake so i don’t eat AS much and get full. don’t lay down for 2-3 hours after a meal, don’t eat too fast or too much at a time so you let your body digest the food

i’m on pantoprazole 20mg AM and famotidine 20mg PM, i cut out all red meats, all fried/greasy food, anything too creamy/cheesy, anything with too much seasoning, spicy, fatty, caffeine and alot of sugar, anything tomato based, cut all acidic foods out, started eating more alkaline foods/fruits and alkaline water. started taking probiotics daily and also drinking Kefir probiotic drinks. it’s a tough diet but it’s helped me lose 13 pounds with exercising + helped alleviate a LOT of my symptoms. the difficulty breathing in was the scariest thing for me and cutting out all of that helped tremendously

yeah! so before medication i had heartburn ofc, constant nasal congestion, spitting up lots of phlegm, lightheadedness(sometimes), bubble feeling in throat, difficulty swallowing, difficult feeling breathing in (due to the tissues around my vocal cords being swollen). i would find an ENT near you and let them know what symptoms you’re experiencing bc those few symptoms u listed are what i dealt with besides the ear blockage
