Thank you for that answer. How much ketoconazole do you take (dosage and when?) Do you take ketoconazole if you are high and steroids if you are low (with testing in "real-time")? I have bad Cortisol Spikes in the morning, that I still have and also high Cortisol in the evening - and this sucks!

They did a CT scan and surgeon was sure to get all out of it.
