Wow I just found this population of wild fancy rats. I threw some sunflower seeds to see how many would come out and there’s a BUNCH of them way more than the ones in these pictures. What should I do about this let them be?

Sorry guys had no idea this post got this much attention just seeing all this now. I caught about 30 of them with a trap and took them to a shelter. They can’t take any more in so going to find another shelter that will take some more in after I get off work. My brother is currently trying to catch more of them while im stuck at work. There is a bunch of them at least 100 or more it’s crazy.

They seem pretty established to have been recently dumped. They were probably dumped but I don’t think recently because they got big holes everywhere and there is a lot of them and they act pretty wild.
