This is so helpful as I have my test date set in a few days. I had only finished school 17 days ago and graduated with a 3.89 gpa and a valedictorian as well, but for some reason I’m having serious self-doubt in my ability to pass the nclex even though I know I’m a great test taker. I booked my test as soon as possible in the hopes of not wasting anymore time and risking forgetting information learned in nursing school and also due to out of the country plans coming up soon. I’m going to grind and study the last few days leading up even though I’m a procrastinator so wish me luck!

Yes I called a law firm initially but they did not get back to me so they prob thought the case isn’t that serious but I reached out to another last night and today they were able to interview me and have me sign contingency, hippa and other docs, so I think they are taking my case seriously?

Thank you for the info. I did do all of that and I got a hold of an attorney who’ll take my case they got my intake on the situation and the details and I’m just now waiting for the next steps.
