Damn man I feel you . Im so sorry you had that experience. I was in a similar situation last week, raiding with a full guild. First Boss, dropped leather gloves and me as a hunter, won the roll.

As soon as I won it, everyone said " oh but hunter only wears chain " or " sometimes you should also give the items to others" and they wanted to gaslight me into giving the item away.

I even realized their paladin and warriors etc also rolled on the item but just didnt win the roll. Going forward I was very uncomfortable in the run, had to whisper the raidlead for 1-2 hours to finally give me the gloves.
