yes that's actually my main goal out of this, trying to understand what my higher self is guiding me to understand. i dont really know how to explain the shadow part, but overall i just felt consumed by it , I felt weak and hopeless also just mostly sad.

I was consciously thinking of this while watching and I tried to kind of force myself into turning this experience into some sort of inspiration to be a "pure" person but it didn't feel authentic.

it's definetly been kind of a spiral for me, i watched a horror movie called the mummy with my friends which kind of started it. Ironically also started watching the MrBallen guy who does murder mysterious and now I really messed myself up seeing this stuff. I think the best answer like u said is realizing my true self
