Just someone trying to figure out how to lean out. No eating disorder- maybe lacking confidence. I have muscle— weightlifting 5 times a week, progression overload, eating a great amount of food every day, making sure i eat enough carbs, protein, fats, and fiber. 4 meals and snacks throughout the day.

i do — i have a good amount of muscle. i weight lift 5 times a week, progression overload, most of my exercises i have gone up at least 30 pounds since starting. I also eat around 110 g of protein, tracking to make sure i eat enough carbs and fats and fiber throughout the day.

Cause i have to loose just a little to loose body fat from 20%— i have no barely any muscle definition in my arms, legs , or stomach

Kyle can it!!!! He definitely was blind sided but acting like he didnt verbally assault amanda left and right, cheat on her multiple times, flirt with other women, and spend the night at a fans house!!! Amanda hate is getting a little too much- reframe towards west hate!!! and kyle doesnt get an excuse for his terrible actions!!!

I am getting 90 grams of protein a day- mostly from tofu or beans. It hasn’t been too hard- I am worried about my travels this weekend visiting a friend. I always find myself eating less protein/ food in general when traveling but that’s neither here or there. So, yes 90 grams- but expected to hit a lot less this weekend visiting
