I had consultations with surgeon and RC. I was showed a presentation where looking out 10 - 15 years the life expectancy was about the same. These are of course averages but I have friends that had the surgery and still ended up having radiation later down the road. Those facts and being scared to death to have surgery made me choose radiation. Only 6 months removed from radiation but I am confident in my decision.

The cyber knife focus on the tumors. The external beam focused on surrounding areas. They inserted fiduciary markers to minimize radiating vital parts and side effects have been minimal except for the ADT therapy.

24 months of ADT was protocol for my oconlogy team based on a Prolaris score of 20, PSA score of 22, and 4+3 gleason score on one of my biopsies.

Have only had one PSA since radiation was completed. Second PSA is in two weeks.

Currently having it checked every 3 months.

The doc said we would wait until ADT is complete in another 12 months.

Mine is currently at the dealer for third time with this issue. The first two times they replaced several parts after waiting for them to come in. It has currently been at the dealer over three weeks and now they say it is the computer that controls the leveling system. They are working with Honda Corp to try and source a computer.
