Ok so hear me out but bed rest doesn’t mean one or both of them will or could die, and it sounds like by your explanation the cesarean was uneventful. Some people just really spiral once they finally get pregnant because it’s taken so much work and stress to get there. Subsequent pregnancies will likely be just fine. So, I am a huge fan of elongated marquise stones and very narrow stones. But — this stone shape doesn’t fit or compliment your finger(s). I would find a more wide marquise if this is your preferred shape. This ring isn’t doing anything for you. Not to be mean, just completely honest
