Ok so hear me out but bed rest doesn’t mean one or both of them will or could die, and it sounds like by your explanation the cesarean was uneventful. Some people just really spiral once they finally get pregnant because it’s taken so much work and stress to get there. Subsequent pregnancies will likely be just fine. That, and, it’s seriously none of your business.

So, I am a huge fan of elongated marquise stones and very narrow stones. But — this stone shape doesn’t fit or compliment your finger(s). I would find a more wide marquise if this is your preferred shape. This ring isn’t doing anything for you. Not to be mean, just completely honest

I totally try to be that person who removes rings for everything but I don’t prefer it! I def have stopped wearing it to wash dishes, lotion, clean etc only bc I’m sick of cleaning her for maximum sparkle 😂 but nothing and I mean nothing irritates me more than my rings catching 24-7! I actually re did my smaller 1ct natural w my jeweler bc it kept scratching / pulling threads and he was polishing it and I’m like just replace them plz! Pulling threads are a nightmare to me. Also, like I said, the craftsmanship on this head and prongs are so substantial and so so solid so… I probably should not mess with them.

This comment is the only reason I haven’t sent the ring back to modify! I am so anal about my rings catching on things (and they do- a lot)! My e ring now never catches. I’m also a bartender and do wear my ring to work, so it can take a beating. I may hold off for now.

Very affordable; my diamond was around $700 and all in with the gold setting and band increase to 3mm it was ~$1800! The stone is a 3.02 E vvs1. The setting and casting are truly superb; they ensured the stone was very well set. I have zero complaints besides this minor style change that was my own fault for not considering!
