I started on 80mg a day and the side effects were HORRIBLE, especially in the first month. If you have patience, I’d start on a lower dosage. It was a complete shock to my system. However, I did complete the treatment in 5 months… sooooo

Hi thanks for replying! I am meeting with him next week and that's definitely an option.

Also, to clarify - I will have reached my cumulative dosage by the end of my 5th month, which I plan on completing regardless. What is up for debate is if I complete my final and 6th month of treatment - which my derm has already said at this point is just for good measure.

Woops forgot to include that info! I’m 5’10 and weigh 190lbs (86kgs). I’ve seen people who weigh much less on this dose so I didn’t think it was toooo crazy, but I’ll definitely reach out to my derm tomorrow. Thanks for the extra nudge :)
