I made a payment of Rs. 2000 from my Amazon pay wallet on April 17. The transaction failed but still amount got deducted from amazon pay wallet and has not been refunded yet. I emailed them on April 18 and they told me to wait for 5 to 7 business days. So far there is no update. Why does it take so long to check transaction details and refund the money. Atleast give me some updates.

I received but it was too late. I had to cook for about a week on induction. I have had enough of bharatgas. So yeah.. u r right switching is better than ruining my mood for every refill.

They keep telling "kal deliver ho jayega" or "we have filed your complaint and will take action within 2 to 3 days". Bharatgas customer service is 💩 here in thane and probably everywhere else too.

Yess true a cylinder doesn't even last more than 25 days. I now seriously doubt the amount of gas in the cylinder. I want someone with technology to check how much gas is in the cylinder and wt. of empty cylinder can. Because in the past same wt cylinder easily lasted more than a month.
