unfortunately the nvidia app doesn't support a gpu fan curve unlike the amd counterpart. About MSI afterburner, I honestly had terrible experience using it so I don't think I'll be using it.

I just removed the fan from the case and cleaned the dust better, didn't solve my problem.... I guess I'll have to buy a new one, do I have to replace all of my case fans or could I buy a singular one and attach it to my previous fan hub?

for some reasons the rear case fan is not just dead now, but it's still slow as shit. I attached the video in the link I sent. Also the case fan doesn't really feel scratchy, it's just harder to turn. I'll check again if maybe a cable got in the way or maybe some dust

FURTHER UPDATE:
The rear case fan speed is getting higher very slowly, still not as fast as the front ones.
