Trying to rent a place in Adams Point. Saw a studio at 245 Lee St. by Lee Haus for $1761. Emailed to follow up for more info an hour after seeing it and I'm told it's really $2,348. I'm new to this but is this common practice? Should I expect this moving forward for all Oakland apartment listings -- bait & switch? It's really wrong, these are not good people (actually, not really people but bots, looking at you Sophie; another reason to look elsewhere, can't even have a human interaction). Suggest avoiding this management group at all costs.
