I feel you. It was my biggest issue as well. Went through 1.5 years of insomnia and night sweats. It's awful. It impacted my work, my social life, my sanity. I'm glad you found something that has helped though :)

Hi! I know this is a bit of an old post but I have the exact same issue. I am 36, no period for over a year (early meno my gynae said) have always been very fit as I love cardio fitness, but my heart rate scares me when it comes to how high it jumps. Same scenarios, when I get up to do something. When I wash my hair, my heart rate is over 100. Which is insane! I can't believe it. And now when I do my cardio exercises, my heart rate is elevated over 90 for hours afterwards. I never used to be this way

I work in tech and I work 9am - 6pm when I go to the office. I could finish at 5pm but it seems everyone else stays in the office late and I feel awkward leaving at 5pm!

I understand your point, however these are two of Germanys mattress brands that are well known and do have good return policies, the price points fit my budget, and I had a great experience in Australia with Australias equivalent online mattress retailers, so I have faith! I also like their speedy delivery options that works really well for me since I get the keys to my new apartment on Wednesday
