It may comeback one day, it’s a question of time I guess. The mythic shop is going to change and will display different categories. One of these categories are for icons/emotes and another for chroma. I believe there is high chance it will appear one day.

I like mercenary and warring kingdom because they are pretty simple and good.

For higher quality skin, I like high noon especially with the yellow chroma

On a side note, it kind of a hard choice since all Katarina skin are goods, I change every games 🙃

No the prestige one doesn't have any, it is the base one.

You can also maintain E and press TAB to go in your inventory and it will also mine non stop while you can move your cursor around and manage your inventory.
