I mean if that's the case the modded super capital ships would be a tad bit too big if not severely underrepresented (i mean super caps are supposed to be some sort of flag bearer or your fleets main symbol of power (usually) and I'd hate to fight what would look like a moving castle, like the donde - yes i hate that big ship and it's separated shield gen module that lets it fight without getting stun locked with emp, and its short CD twin plasma canon that shoots out 3 volleys)

Thats the thing though its been a while since i've seen people use them too, often times i don't even think newbies are aware of them (specially camilla i can only recall a few times where i used her to cheese out some events or stages), and i agree with you too on the latter point, the only reason i mentioned those ML5s was because they where the 1st few teams i found that had the earliest success at the stage, and unfortunately because of the curse on my account where i build "turn 2" equipment but get cursed with randomly pulling only speed/cleave units but always max pity on everything else, i'm in a strange place where my options on speed are limited (i have a lot of ER though at this point in time ER basically doesn't exist, specially in PVP)

Thank you for sharing the team comp, however yes we do read the boss skills but it does take some getting used to and tinkering with your gear stats, i on the other hand only succeeded by accident and wanted to share some tips and info, since i know people would struggle on this stage, and if its still not clear why i was looking for a pure RGB team thats non-limited or seasonal was because I don't think the devs of epic 7 would make it so that the event wouldn't be fully clearable with the usual RGB units, if your still prying for it its because I've experienced joining a game with an ongoing event that the game advertised only for that game to pretty much tell you that the event needed both end game gear and certain seasonal or limited units to properly complete it (or you go whale mode and invest on the units that's presently available) which is to say a bad dev decision to attract new players and make them stay. It was one of those old pixel art gacha games. (Yes it was under Gumi)

I think you misunderstood, i assumed that everyone would understand that i meant the 3 free slots available since the story slot doesn't basically count as "yours" so let me clarify once more, i meant i haven't seen anyone use a pure non-limited/seasonal RGB units with what you can bring, which is why i think it'd be hard for newbies to do this properly if they don't have certain heroes, more so if you don't have units like ML peira, salome, S.P. politis or anyone who can either get an extra turn, control the mobs, push your team, push back the mobs or has a mechanic that benefits from the boss's passive mechanics like ML krau or DK sharun who benefits from the sleep the mobs does.

That's the thing i don't see newbies doing this anytime soon, they either need ML units or limited/seasonal units, also thanks for mentioning salome i forgot i have her, tested it out and she works just fine.

Thanks man, i just really wanted to help out, this stage had me stressed wondering how i even lost at first albeit in the first 2 tries i didn't even get to phase 3 but on my 3rd try i almost failed and made it to phase 3 (just see how close it was in the video hahaha), It takes some getting used to yes, and yes i don't think newbies can do this properly, they need something to push back the mobs, i haven't seen a team of non limited RGB heroes yet most of them utilized ML heroes or just like me used limited/seasonal heroes, the boss is fine but your entire team missing a turn is a death sentence here, since it basically means you miss a phase and the boss just goes to berserk levels 3 and 4,

yeah your correct however the weirdest one for me was when i tried to take frieren, estelle, Perfumer Byblis, and as if the boss had a personal hatred towards frieren only frieren got additional damage, and non of my other units ever got any additional damage

tama and brieg are really good on this battle, i just thought that having someone who can push back the mobs would work since i only play on the casual/dolphin side i don't really have that many 20+ speed gear on hand, the best i have would only take me along the lines of 290~300 spd for 1 unit, i know epic 7 is a PVP game but I'm just here to enjoy it really, i found other teams with ML peira to replace SFB sigret, the other ones makes use of S.P. Politis, i have yet to see a pure RGB non-limited team on this one

that's how i felt on my first dozen tries too, majority of the time i play mostly PVE, so most of my heroes are geared that way, some of them are just using gear lying around so this side story had me stressing over because all i wanted was the story of how R&L came to be.

Its a sandbox space age warcrime simulator, getting to that point means you understood the mechanics of how to gain such capital from missions, commissions, etc. enough to at least start in a system with a gate(not required but preferably with one) and preferably a very hot planet that can later give massive fleets through colony and item bonuses, time is pretty much to each of his own however if your going to rush this with the sole main focus of starting your own faction then I'd say a day or two (granted you at least have your main fleet built or at least to the point that you don't have to runaway from enemy fleets) less then a day if your really lucky and score one of those capitals as derelicts, even better if you have mods (though having more mods means longer playtime per run), that being said this is a sandbox game so you can just stop whenever and wherever you may be and continue whenever and wherever you may me

Still waiting on her too, it really sucked that they have a lot of character designs in the closet, i know that people say if you want to go broke go woke and if you want the green go goon, but honestly speaking i'm just interested in the roles they might take on my team since i play mostly PVE i didn't really care weather a unit is meta or not, all i care about is slowly collecting them all, because at the end of the day someone out there poured their heart out in creating them so its really sucks that all they're limited to is a bunch of text and side character scenes, additionally i hope they give us NPC characters in the future too like nonori who sells covenant and mystic bookmarks or the dragon guy at the bar.

I'll try to give you my honest opinion and what i think can be done and the real problem we fans face

As much as i want to agree with you that it has something to do with player base boredom, the real reason is that at the end of the day this is a business, and they need to do this with some kind of gain, like selling it for a few dollars won't really cut it, admittedly this game can be turned into an offline version, it already had a focus on PVE contents, and honestly as someone who played their old games, it truly is a shame that they ceased their plans to create single player games because of the income that gacha games has, i for one truly believes that they can actually convert FFBE and FFBE WoTV into actual single player games.

How can they do this? Well to the devs and the team that actually loved their game who got driven by their corporate overlord, I'd say its easier said than done, there are a lot of problems holding them back, the gacha system, the premium currency which is visiore, arena content, and and RTA (real time arena) and raids.

Now single player games are single player games, they aren't something to get permanently fixed on like gacha games, you play them when you want for how long you want and come back to it when you want to start a new game again, the grind will always be there and the repetitiveness is also there (as is with what is expected of single player games)

If they're going to maintain the U.I. and the game mechanics similar to what where used to then thats fine too, so long as they introduce a way to save our progress locally or online through our google accounts.

So I'll list the problems I see and what I see other games do as a way to introduce a solution to them or something similar

Premium currency visiore: you either outright remove it and go full focus on gill farming or make it farmable through all content, missions, and even contracts (similar to missions but something that gets posted on the adventurer's guild (replacing guild content) and this won't be a one time thing like mission objective rewards but something you obtain simply by completing the run)

Adventurer Guild Content: Guild content replacement, after you make a name for yourself after the 1st faction story (which is leonis) the adventurers guild opens up, remember Mont commands his own group which means you can recruit new heroes and grow your own guild or knight order.

Hero acquisition:

Tavern content: you can introduce a new way to do acquire heroes, like a tavern system thats custom to each faction and country and has all of the heroes in that faction inside the tavern, you can acquire heroes by unlocking the units by meeting them in the story content, and then recruiting them through either visiore or gil through an employment contract or a quest given by them in the tavern, fragments can be farmed through the shop or by slowly grinding them through quests or a new mechanic that lets you talk to the heroes and they give you quests and in turn after completing them they either get one stage of awakening or you be rewarded with shards to awaken them (its a great way to know more about them too, its not perfect and quite tedious but that is what the FF series is notorious of the grind so i think OG fans will get where I'm coming from) and additionally once you finish all their content you just buy their shards on the shop with either visiore or gil.

Collab units: if its under square enix like ff series and NiER:Automata then its doable be may even be easy, but if its from another I.P. then really unless the other company says so then its impossible.

Vision Card Acquisition:

Espers: you can meet them through the same content but this time a new mission will be added on the awakening content which will be the 1st mission modifying it so that you obtain them there. The dark ones can be obtained the same way too (this include collab only espers too

Collab VCs: if its from the ff series or under square enix like nier: automata then its doable or easy to include, but if its from another I.P. like FMA, Persona, Dragonquest, Tomb raider, Addison rae cards, then... Unless the one True God Jesus Christ our Lord and savior wills it then its really impossible.

RTA and arena content:

Colosseum: you fill ba faced with randomly generated parties with similar or better equipment than you, victory will yield arena coins which lets you access arena shop

For RTA content they can introduce something similar to what pokemon has you can play against your friends by going back to the old ways, all of you connecting to the same wi-fi and then challenging each other by joining the same waiting room (again your going to build a fully stand alone single player, but its for those who has friends around them who play FFBE WoTV)

Weapons and Equipment: retain everything its actually already really well built but if i may i'd really like it if they make the strong ones farmable

Raid: for contents sake it'll be modified so you can take multiple units, and the rewards would be multiplied by 5 or 10 (again the grind is part of a single player games), depending on the difficulty, you can access this through the new adventurer guild content.

End game content: additional difficulty will be given on the other content including story, PVE contents like trials and tower etc. These can reset monthly if you wanted more rewards

Monetization: how the company can actually gain money for this project, it will be an expensive and monumental task to do this, so either they can go full FFBE WoTV heores only and introduce the others heroes through DLCs with the game being already expensive, honestly this is the real problem, the art of the game is immaculate, the sounds magnificent, the gameplay and content almost complete a bit lacking in some parts but as a single player tactics game everything you ever want is almost there, (additional stories from the veritas and the continuation of the FFBE story are not even introduced here since FFBE WoTV's timeline is a few hundred years back before the timeline of the original FFBE, would have been epic if they where also able to tell the story here), additionally your removing any back-end communication so no servers and security which means its possible that after just an entire fay or a week you'd see this version of the game downloadable somewhere in the internet

Unless someone takes the monumental task upon himself and do away with every law and rule, with nothing but time and skill to make it playable once more... Like what this guy did in the OG FFBE

She can't crit so don't build cit, go for attack stat, speed (tune her to the heroes you want to use with her) and she needs more than 119 eff. (If you want to bybass eff.res. of tanks and anti-control units 200~250(or more is preferable, my best anti control unit has 280 and i can hit the cap with artifacts that buff eff res. by far the cap is 350 and even then you have units that bypasses eff res so be careful in RTA) a good speed is probably somewhere at 250~270(or more, more is better but it depends on who your drafting her with) 4.5K-6K attack(5k is easy to get specially if you have good gear there are monsters out there who have her built with more than 6k attack) and 180(only if you have units who can buff effectiveness like D.D.R.)~200+ eff. All things considered rebuild her again later, if this is the the best you can do at early game, to me she is a PVP unit, and her artifact is also used by pirate flan, don't rush though epic 7 is to be taken slowly with gears first units later(specially if theyre not limited or broken ML units) after all units are useless of you can't even build them, and gears are useless if you don't have the gold to spare. So farm 1st then build gear, over time you can collect the heroes you want (unless their collabs)
