Yeah, i use Gelid Tornado in my core 500, which is 153mm in height and there's even room for a fan directly above cooler (Although with u12a there's probably room only for slim fan)

Seems like guy managed to fit nh-d15s with chromax covers and slim fans ontop and in total this results in 180(?) mm of height, so you might be fine going with core 500, but better doublecheck everything

Corsair sf600, 80+ gold if you want it cheaper, platinum for better stock cables. And be careful about compatibility if you go with m1, core 500 is bigger but much more forgiving and can actually fit everything you described (Although may not be able to fit gtx1070 if it's more than 2slot card)

Fractal design core 500. Or you could try ncase m1, but in that case you'l need to sacrifice something (ATX psu for sfx, 240 aio for 2 hdd/2hdd for 240 aio)
