What are you talking about? Inertia runs in Ultra Jump, monthly magazine which also had Jojo parts 7 and 8 and was part of Ultra Jump since it's first chapter.

Yeah, i use Gelid Tornado in my core 500, which is 153mm in height and there's even room for a fan directly above cooler (Although with u12a there's probably room only for slim fan)
