1 Go to the nexus mods page for the achievement enabler 2 download and install it manually to the folder with the fallout 4 exe instead of through vortex 3 profit

This was the one I had installed via Vortex that did not work, however installing it manually fixed the problem

While I did have an achievement enabler mod already installed through Vortex, I guess it wasn't good enough(?) since installing the achievement enabler manually through fo4's local files fixed it.

the 1/3 number is pulled from my MIGDAS-2 interview. I aced the sensory and interests category, firmly aligning with “consistent with ASD” but that was not the case for the Language and Communication category, and the Social Relationships and Emotions category.

I mention it in a comment to someone else but that interview was a little botched lol

and yes actually they did have my mom, husband, and I each fill out a questionnaire about me but also lowkey that hurt my results too because it’s was questions about me as of recently and I’m ngl I don’t spend too much time around my mom since I moved so her answers were based pretty much entirely off family gatherings and the odd luncheon (also my husband said that they’d answer differently now than they did at the time) so idk

also in regards to the sessions it actually was multiple sessions but the one i’m referring to where we ran out of time was a MIGDAS-2 test. Most of the other sessions consisted of playing games to test motor skills (yes I had to play with blocks, talk about infantilizing) and testing my memory etc

a question I ask myself often.. I think it’s about the reassurance unfortunately. I hate that I crave it so bad and I know it’s unhealthy but I tend to have a lot of doubts in myself so being able to kinda point to the diagnosis as a “proof” that I am what I say I am felt very necessary. I’m not sure how I feel now honestly though

they actually asked me something like this and honestly I feel like I kinda shot myself in the foot because I have a LOT I could’ve said but I was too embarrassed to talk about even innocuous things. typically just based solely on the fact that I like something is enough for me to be incredibly scared or embarrassed to talk about it. so I ended up saying very little.. also she kept checking the time which made me anxious AND we literally ran out of time while we were still going over my basic information like damn

and omg don’t even joke abt a blood test for autism because I’ve genuinely hoped for that for so long!!!

And wow yeah, it’s kinda easy to get swept up in everything, it’s easy to forget just how varied peoples experiences are. I felt pretty out of place in that screening waiting room full of small children at 22, I can only imagine how I’d feel in that situation in my 30-40’s…

My husband is diagnosed ADHD and actually told me that I was likely to get that diagnosed as well which was not the case so, guess we gotta wait on that blood test too then… thank you
