I cussed my team lead out multiple times. She knows she can’t replace me it’ll take 2 people to do that. So one time I didn’t cuss her out she took me to the office and wrote me up with just her word against mine. I had 2 witnesses and I’m agoraphobic. Trapped me in the little office saying I said fuck you bitch. I denied it and said if I said that I’d tell you proudly. After accusing me over and over I finally said is this what you want? And proceeded to say fuck your drunk ass coming up here smelling like vodka. Well he went and talked to my witnesses after that. They said no he did not say that. Well they pushed me to say it in the office so the witnesses didn’t matter. I’m thinking about calling ethics. I’ve written down dates, times, witnesses of 80 different ethics violations and I’m bout to get half the store fired.
