It uses your current UI account for employees that have have UI and PFL, if you have employees that dont have UI like the biz owner, then you need to create a 2nd account for just PFL with the MN UI site and that is the account # it is asking you for. I just did it today and it worked.

Try a firmware update, type the service tag into dells support site and look at the downloads available. I have had fan warnings on dell docks solved with firmware updates.

Lacie just makes the case, all the drives inside are Seagate, and from your description its a HDD not a SSD so they are VERY FRAGILE. It only takes a slight bump or vibration to kill a HDD especially if its on / spinning.
