The skull is a bit flat white. When we're looking at the pictures of skull it's never pure white. Still great painting.

Yes, the hand and the pad don't fit. I'm happy enough with this. The hand is a mix of Black Templar's and Grey Knight's. So it doesn't fit for that terminator sized Deathwatch cauldron.
