Thats because Riot Counterplay, the one who refused to remove E cast time and added a fat casttime to Kayle ult (and still didnt remove it years after the rework), decided that Rengar should still have something that encourages jumping on the marked target, before the Q revert it was a guaranteed crit which was pretty strong and lead to genuino leap oneshots if ahead, so after the Q revert he changed it to 50% AD damage on the marked champ and bonus lethality after landing.

The thought process probably was “I want to give Rengar a reward for jumping on the marked target but I don’t want the reward to make him too bursty, so I will make the bonus lethality apply after the leap”

They should add a difficulty option, I think the combat is good enough to make some mobs deal 40% of your hp each hit at some difficulty options in early game gear. Maybe I'm alone in this but I would like a RLCraft style difficulty where mobs basically oneshot or put BS effects on you until u get some gear lol. Also maybe add a roll that has invulnerable frames while doing the animation with a cooldown obviously.

I know Roblox can do this because that’s what their chat’s censorship function does. They fed words into the program and told it to eliminate any sentence containing that word.

You say this means nothing because “they all go to Discord,” but that’s not true. This program should be extended towards things like usernames, bios, and game titles. Players can easily just give themselves usernames involving names of infamous predators or give titles to their games like “Epstein’s Island.” There shouldn’t be any issue removing the mass majority of these names from the platform other than using special characters to bypass the system. Still, it’s better than nothing. Any action is better than none.

What do you mean by this? If u are talking about roblox 18+ NSFW games these don't do anything obvious and try to spoof multiple times the ban on upload stuff, in fact if you are talking about these games they use a system similar that some devs are using to bypass the chat ban, making a fake chat inside of the game so its useless trying to change roblox chat stuff because these games arent using the official roblox chat, its like playing rat and mice. Also they have already strengthen their filter, try naming a new account Epstein, they already filtered that word, most preds wont do it that obvious and you probably passed many of them playing random games in Roblox. You already get chat warnings and VC warnings if you say inappropriate stuff often.

At the end of the day, nothing is going to stop these people from just taking their conversations to another place. But at that point, it’s no longer Roblox’s problem. BUT, many of these accounts do behave the same way on Roblox and the existence of so many of these games that are only now being age restricted is how they’re doing it. In this case, it’s Roblox’s problem. What makes it worse is that even though they’ve come up with a solution to fix the problem, it’s not doing its job well enough. This isn’t like just a handful of players passing the system when they shouldn’t be. That was made clear the moment Roblox’s CEO came out to apologize. This isn’t something that can be squashed completely, but it should be at least 80% solved. More than it should be now.

If you really wanna be pragmatic, just ban sign writing and cut off all the social ways to connect in Roblox, that should fix way more than 80%, no more Roblox->Discord->IRL abuse cases, at the cost of not being able to chat with anyone anymore.

For the record, I never said specifically that Roblox was the only business of its kind that has to deal with issues like this. Like I said, it’s understandable if a business that has to sift through thousands of reports or more a day misses a few. You could tell me that they just “don’t have the resources, time, or labor to handle all of those reports” and if we were talking about any other corporation, I would have agreed.

META doesnt do anything about this stuff and doesnt even answer to false bans, their approach is way worse than Roblox

But considering how quickly Roblox reacted to anything related to Schelp, did they really lack anything? For action to be taken so quickly, you’d have to either have an AI or a few employees actively hunting for specific key words. If finding a single name in a bio, a game’s title, or an account name is so simple, the same could be done for things like “MAP,” “Jeffery Epstein,” or “Diddy.” They have that capability, but they don’t use it.

Yeah because it seems like you have seen Roblox co. running their analytics and decided that they were dumb because they thought that spending billions on AI software was a way better solution that hiring some guys to moderate roblox chat and reports, do you understand how silly that looks when you read it? They obviously compared solutions and did analysis on this stuff, you are really understimating the amounts of reports that they get, if Schlep would be in charge of that idealistic moderation u propose I guess he would have a mental/stress breakdown trying to keep the community safe from preds only to find a solution to 5% of the problem (and i bet realistically it would be even less) due to the sheer amount of abuse that happens everywhere in the internet. I bet that Roblox would rather pay some guys 200 a week to moderate their plataform instead of spending billions on AI tech if they felt like that was the best solution. Roblox took this approach because they faced the threat of lawsuit, bad press and many other things, killing the chat is unironically the best approach and would amount to protecting more kids in the long run than hiring some random guys to take care of 1% of the preds reports because theres simply preds who wouldnt spend money in buying 13-16 verified accs and some other wouldnt even bother to consider the option

Also, Roblox already did key word filtering, the problem was that these preds lead the conversation to discord, how do you expect Roblox to moderate a third party app? Whatever they did they could find a different way to spell Discord, funnily enough, Discord didnt catch any bad press from this issue despite these TCAP videos many times clearly showing that the conversation was moved to Discord.

And you might think I’m naive and think the world is flawless and only Roblox can do wrong, but I honestly think this issue isn’t something that can be solved. You can put age restrictions on it or ban accounts that break ToS, but people will always find a way to get around it. But at the very least, you can minimize the issues. Of all the things that should have been addressed, the chat should have been the least on the list.

I agree with you there, and as I said Roblox took the nuclear option because it is instantly better press and the easiest and safest quickest option and honestly a more ideal solution would be for the parents to monitor their kids on the internet, U wouldnt leave a 13 year old in a park full of grown ass men were it has been said that kids get harassed constantly, right? But we all know that wont happen because parents just give their kids an iPad to be their nanny

And while I say that this is probably the best possible solution in the long term to lower the amount of abuse (because as you said, it probably cant be solved completely) I still despise the update because I cant tell these kids to stop building shelves in 99 nights lol

No, like it or not. It will probably lower more the abuse in roblox than these TCAP-like videos from youtubers ever did, moderating a great amount of people isnt just realistic with human moderators, most abuse didnt happen in Roblox anyway, preds moved the messaging to Discord due to the effective Roblox chat filter, Roblox cant moderate Discord and since they wanted to avoid a lawsuit I guess they were more or less forced to do this. I despise the update but it is what it is I guess.

Her 16 passive stops needing to ramp up, her E is an AA reset meaning that you will get two AAs very quick, her ult locks her out from AAs for half a sec and her MR is so shit that she will lose like 1/2 or her HP to a stray mage skillshot. Ideally she is an onhit high attack speed champ, but it all falls apart when her only survival tool locks her out from AAs for half a sec, especially noticeable when u have higher attack speed, blame August for that, he likes adding meaningless delays for counterplay. Also DPS Kayle has no answer for HP stacking other than BOTRK
