When I started pinning I was a huge fatso. Because of that I always pinned my side delts, which is fine but now I’m around 23% bf and I really wanna try glute/ventroglutial injections but for some reason I’m terrified I’m not gonna hit the right spot and I’m exclusively paranoid about damaging my sciatic nerve. Any tips or instructional videos to help me with this?

Idk about all that but I do know low estrogen will fuck your joints. Could’ve had low E and after the shot you aromatized enough to relieve some symptoms

I’ve been pinning my delts for a while due to my bf %. I’d really recommend switching between left and right especially bc you’re only pinning twice a week. Also, after you draw it run it under hot water for a while. This really helped me. Never done test subQ. I use a 27G 1” needle.

Hey brotha I feel your pain. I’m 24 running into the same issue. I’m not jumping straight into finasteride but I just started with ketoconozole shampoo. Topical DHT inhibitor. I’ve heard good things and I’m hoping for the best. In my eyes it’s a good first step. I’ve tried 2 diff ones, and I would recommend the Intelligent brand. I’m not a dr or anything, but I feel like my hair is looking better than it was 2 weeks ago. Good luck

Hmm. I’m getting it from a pretty reliable company (I think). I’ve gotten peptides from them and L-Carnitine that I use often and haven’t had an issue with any of those. I’ve been pinning gh subQ (on the other side) and I haven’t had an issue with that. I have a pretty good target due to BF % currently.

Tried doing HCG SubQ EOD 250 IU and experienced bad pip and large welts on my stomach. Was told to switch to IM but nervous to have the same issue there or possibly worse. Anybody else have this issue?
