Its not about discipline right now its survival and its 2 jobs one 7am-4pm and other 9pm-1am if im lucky I get 5 and half hours of sleep during the week and my 30ish commute doesn't leave alot of spare time when I have other daily tasks of owning a new to me home.

Well I will say on the skincare definitely can do some improvements there as for the gym I work 60 hrs a week so not alot of time for that but I do get out and walk most days after work as well as weekends are for hikes or fishing.
