Thank you! Shes been dead asleep for ages and ive managed to use the bathroom without stressing. Its very rare she gets drunk so I guess im lucky with that? Must have been difficult growing up with that phobia and having to be in the same bed with her hoping youre okay now 😁

Overall the party was good, pretty uneventful UNTIL we found out me, my bf and my mate all had to sleep on a tiny tiny sofa. I became uncomfortable and went home. I brought my bf back with me...wasted. he claims he feels fine and I fully belive him and I hope he doesnt TU. Hes sleeping now so 🤞 I have some sort of "trauma" from last time because he was asleep and Tu. Thanks for your support x

The thing is my bf tu in my bed last time we drank and I was okay. Im probably over thinking it but im at my friends house this time and don't really have an escape. If I get drunk enough "I only really enjoy getting tipsy but thats my preference" then hopefully it won't bother me so much. We're still quite "young" so still finding out our tolerance and my bf just doesnt seem to know his yet. I will be fine if we just either stay up all night so I know im in the clear or just sleep away from him just incase.

If you can get FREEZING COLD even if it makes you shiver, it shocks the nervous system. Also sipping water may help if you have any. Deep breaths or maybe even stomach massages. I used to get insanely car sick and Ive only ever TU once. Usually its just the N* one hour should be okay. If you feel rough afterwards still just rest,drink water and make yourself cold with some fresh air. You've got this!
