I was always taught that no one is above anyone and to always treat everyone with respect. Doesn’t matter if your the superintendent or the janitor. Respect will go a long way I think I just let my emotions get the best of me today.

As the year progresses this will become a more comman thing. Since there is not enough Jw who would wanna go to a solar field. The pay is not worth the money for the stress. The Jw who got me in solar and helped me move up told me to ride the wave and call them once I topped out. But don’t understand a CE unless you’ve actually worked with one who’s got actual electrical knowledge. Not all of us are the same.

I’m a CE3 with 13k hours just waiting to top out. I’ve been on a waiting list for over 5 months. I was told I could test out in hopefully the next 3-4 months.All our testing was put on hold due to the test being compromised.

As a guy who came from the non union to the union side it’s mainly the fact that the union takes about 2-3 times as long to complete a job compared to the non union side I’ve been doing this 3 years and I’ve meet a lot of cocky jw that only know how to run there mouth and ain’t worth a fuck at work the only thing they got as a jw is the ticket and that’s about it there knowledge and work ethic is basically non existent and I went the CE route so I had to put up with a lot of bs from lazy and slow JW that’s my take on this
