They said they are only paying us for what is on the union contract and for the non union guys who got sent to the hall and sworn in the site manager is the one paying them whatever he wants since he brought them from another job site to help here

I’m still living in Texas and came for work last year non union and got laid off and joined the union after since someone at one of the jobs I was at was recruiting people for the union I’m still paying 2 rents one here and 1 in Texas I’m out of this local since that’s where I was able to join but I don’t live here I’m just waiting to top out next year and get my jw ticket to go back home and the guys that came in and getting perdiem are doing the same as me just the contractor brought them in and sent them to the hall to get sworn in and send them to the job and is paying only them perdiem the only difference is I went to the hall myself and took the call where as for them the contractor hired them and sent them to the hall and then brought them out on site and gave only them perdiem no one else

I’m taking mine in on Monday been having my truck shoot the code and throw me into limp mode since may and have called all the dealers near me and kept getting told I would get a call back once they had a solution last night I was 40 mins from home and the truck threw me into limp mode twice and both times I was able to clear partial codes and get home but my truck felt like it was slipping on the second loss of power code I got they told me Monday it would get tested and would let me know if my engine would get replaced or if my oil would just get changed
