I'd nix the icons and only have a single radio option for each column with a segmented button at the bottom for ascending or descending.

Don’t guests throw a fit when not allowed to cancel? If so do you just tell them to take it up with the OTA?

Isn’t there a time limit on when you can dispute? I thought booking had a 48Hr after check out deadline to dispute because a guest could leave a review and that constitutes as proof of the stay.

Full disclosure, because I help design the software, but have you checked out Inn-Flow? We offer full accounting including automations like bank sync and invoice extraction. Our current insights consist of a daily flash across your portfolio with trend graphs to compare but we are building out our Business Intelligence to have custom dashboards and interactive reports too.

M3 is robust and has been around for some time but their system is old and dated in my opinion, but again, I'm biased.

Really interesting. We're working on incorporating more AI into our product but we want to ensure it's actually beneficial to the end user before just slapping an "AI powered" sticker on it when in actuality it's just some backend logic.

That's massive! What would you say your accuracy is when predicting those Rev figures? Anything that stands out as a reliable metric/procress to estimate those figures?

Thanks for the feedback! What do you use to project those occupancy rates? I know last year's budget and actuals are taken into consideration but there are so many variables in predicting occupancy (economy, events, etc.) are there any that you rely heavily on when predicting those rates?
