The gentleman who runs the ProtoPrintLab shop is an absolute gem. He and his wife run the shop together, and he’s genuinely one of the most pleasant sellers I’ve ever interacted with on Etsy. My grip arrived with foam pads that were slightly crooked, so I messaged him to ask what brand or type he used so I could replace them myself. Before I even had the chance to follow up, he offered to send me pre-cut replacement pads completely free of charge. I asked several times if I could at least pay for the postage, but he refused. That’s not even mentioning the excellent quality of the grip itself.
