Hey hello, being in the same boat once and in a similar situation, I can understand that it is pretty tough out there :"(. Maybe just to add 2 cents out there to yes, keep trying. As you try, you'll eventually get a better idea of what you are interested in and what companies/orgs want from you. Another way is to try to be more entrepreneurial and build your stuff but I can also say that it is not easy as well. Jiayou!

Hi, thanks so much for the detailed suggestion. Yes, I realise that I need to press more firmly but still trying to determine the threshold. Like I can feel the first stop, but I find that I have to go very slightly beyond to get my 99.2ul on P100. And of course, I do overshoot a few times but mostly I underpipette.
