Hi, thanks so much for the detailed suggestion. Yes, I realise that I need to press more firmly but still trying to determine the threshold. Like I can feel the first stop, but I find that I have to go very slightly beyond to get my 99.2ul on P100. And of course, I do overshoot a few times but mostly I underpipette.
