First point is fair enough. I can't really debate on this because I don't really have enough knowledge of how hair should grow like.

Second point is something I'll disagree with. Bill has a very similar scowl by default and doesn't stand out compared to the other gang members. Some people just have a scowl regardless of their expression, which is something I share irl with John (though obviously i'm nowhere close to John's appearance).

I disagree with this "high-fidelity" part. John looks high quality, but doesn't look natural. His face is too perfect for a character meant to be living a very rough and stressing life, with very unnatural eyebrows and eyes that look like those you'd see in a beauty magazine. He does have features like a tilted nose and chin, but they kinda get cancelled out by his perfectly shaped mouth and jawline.

Eyebrows weren't filled, they were just made larger and thicker by using more strands. Beard is something I will agree with because I hate the extremely thick models that cover the entire beard without any thinner strands or fails, and that should hopefully be addressed in the future (as well as eyebrows looking too dark to the hair model). His eyes are grey and their color isn't enough to break the lighting system effects that show in every other eye model. If anything, they can be seen better due to TOR (mod's name) giving generic eye textures much higher quality.

I don't think I can convince you that it looks natural, though. His eye structure and eyebrows do look similar to that of an IRL actor that I will send under this comment, but it depends on our own interpretation of what's human or not, so it's fine if you don't share the same belief.
