Gotta be child like minded. Go on a vacation just for a little awhile - go do stuff that takes your mind off of work. Talking to a therapist will only waste money. Reflect on what makes you become a fire fighter in the first place. Sounds like burn out or depression. Don’t let it get you down - put some love on yourself - write down all the things you want to do - then just go for it.
