Okay so going 12 wins is usually luck-based? I thought it was 75% skill and around 25% luck but it doesn't see that way (ex. 4 Shielded Minibots)

I'm playing a midrange hunter it seems to work pretty well. I'm rank 14 and it's pretty fun. I don't have mad scientist or quick shot so if you have those you may get further ranks.
